Vikash and Parveen are family, connected by trust and shared values. Their stories are different, but their lives share meaningful parallels. With both of their wives working in healthcare, the idea for SCRUPS began with a simple human instinct: a desire to make life better for the ones we love the most.

Love sparked the idea. Loss gave it purpose.

Both suffered devastating losses in their families. Some of the hardest days of their lives were spent in hospitals, standing beside loved ones, supported by strangers in scrubs who showed up with empathy and care at their most vulnerable moments. At home, through their wives, they witnessed how that care follows healthcare workers long after a shift ends. Wanting to give something back and to ease that burden even for a moment, became the reason that brought SCRUPS to life.

Vikash brings over three decades of experience in high-end fashion, with a detailed understanding of how clothing can support movement, endurance, and confidence. He intentionally reimagined scrubs from the ground up, softness and stretch, durability and function, pockets, fit, and colour, designing every detail to meet the demands of real healthcare workers.

Parveen brings a complementary strength. A fashion lover, brand builder, and entrepreneur, he understands the emotional power of clothing, design, and storytelling. He knew SCRUPS had to do more than just look good, it had to uplift. To energize. To help healthcare professionals feel confident, and connected to a community that values self-care as much as care for others.
