What are the Uplifters?
SCRUPS Uplifters are healthcare professionals who bring care, energy, and intention into the everyday moments that matter.
They teach. They mentor. They lead. They support. They lift others up, even on the hard days.
The Uplifters Program gives these voices a place to be seen, heard, and celebrated. As an Uplifter, you’ll help shape the future of SCRUPS by sharing your experience,
your feedback, and your story.
You may be invited to try new products, share real-life insights, take part in community moments, and help us better understand what healthcare workers need to feel comfortable,
confident, and cared for.
You’re not just wearing SCRUPS. You’re joining a community built on care, connection, and real healthcare experience.
Who’s Eligible?
They are the educators guiding future professionals, the mentors helping new team members find their confidence, the team leaders setting the tone,
and the wellness champions caring for the caregivers.
To be considered for the SCRUPS Uplifters Program, you must currently hold one of the approved roles listed below.
You’ll also be asked to upload a government-issued ID and proof of your active role when you apply.
This helps us keep the program fair, trusted, and reserved for eligible members.
People who teach or train current/future healthcare professionals.
Medical School Faculty, Professors, Teachers, Instructors, Nurse Educators, and Program Coordinators
Healthcare professionals who guide, onboard or mentor students, new graduates, new hires or peers.
Preceptors, Mentors, Orientation, Onboarding, and Clinical training roles
For healthcare, clinical, veterinary, wellness, and care-based professionals who lead teams, manage care environments, or shape the day-to-day experience of staff and clients.
Practice Lead, Charge Nurse, Team Lead, Unit Lead, Department Lead, Clinical Coordinators, Managers, Lead Technicians and Clinic Owners
Healthcare professionals who lead, educate and organize beyond their place of work.
Board members, Committee Chairs, Speakers, Facilitators, Creators
People who formally support staff, wellness, morale, belonging, mental health, burnout prevention or team culture.
Wellness Champion, Peer Support Lead, Mental Health Champion, Staff Engagement Lead, Burnout Prevention Lead, EDI Champion, Culture Committee Lead
